Sara’s doing a spot of shoplifting when she runs into her father Peter for the first time since he left the family five years earlier: now he’s working as a store detective. Under the watchful gaze of his boss, Peter tries to help his daughter, hoping to make a reconciliatory gesture that will bring them closer. However Sara does not want his help. Her wounds are too deep and much harder to heal than Peter seems to think.
